Assertions

Our goal is to activate the following assertions:

• Capital is energized and directed by people.  In order to establish the flow of capital there must be a clear mission and rules to direct the flow.

• We believe that under-resourced communities represent a vast opportunity for growth and renewal.  Solving problems and offering solutions can shift and change the community paradigm from blight towards opportunities and growth.  CASGro wants to be a catalyst for community growth.

• Under-resourced communities need risk capital deployed in a manner to create opportunities for people.  We believe that starting a business is viewed as an opportunity by many people towards generating growth and wealth.  CASGro wants to provide a path towards creating businesses in a community that will be viewed as an opportunity by people in the community.

To consolidate these views,  CASGro will establish rules to energize and direct capital. This will create jobs and business opportunities for people in under-resourced communities that can generate growth and wealth.  The business of CASGro will be built from these assertions.
